PaliFence® is the leading security palisade from First Fence and achieves an SR1 (A1) LPS 1175 rating, exceeding typical palisade standards. Ideal for properties safeguarding high-value assets or demanding increased security, this fencing solution represents an excellent choice.
The LPS 1175 SR1 (A1) certification assesses the ability of physical security products to withstand unauthorised attempts at access with malicious intent.
The PaliFence® Palisade range features fencing and post kits in both bolt-down and dig-in formats, as well as a range of gates to create the perfect access point in your fencing run.

The PaliFence® single-leaf security gate, with a height of 2.4m, is available in widths spanning from 1.0 to 5.0m, catering to diverse needs, whether it's serving as an entry point for pedestrians or facilitating vehicle access.
First Fence offers both single and double leaf formats, custom-designed to enhance the PaliFence® fencing range. Moreover, they are versatile for various ground surfaces and are offered in both dig-in and bolt-down configurations. Typically, softer ground is suitable for the dig-in format, while harder surfaces are better suited for the bolt-down option. If unsure, it's recommended to evaluate the ground or seek guidance from our sales team.
The PaliFence® Single Leaf Gate Kit comprises a gate leaf, hinge post, catch post, and three adjustable gate eye bolts. These adjustable gate eyes guarantee compliance with BS EN 12604 standards. Even in the event of a single hinge failure, the gate maintains security, preventing potential damage or injury. Each gate eye is secured with a shear nut, ensuring it remains tamper-proof once installed.
Manufactured from hot-dip galvanised steel meeting ISO 1461 standards, this product is well-suited for prolonged outdoor use and installation. It provides significant defence against rust, corrosion, and common wear and tear, guaranteeing robustness and longevity. Choose from a selection of RAL colours to ensure your new gate matches an existing scheme. This will not only give the gate a lovely finish but will also provide some additional surface protection.
This security-rated palisade fencing gate features three strategically placed cross rails, one at the top, another at the bottom, and one in the middle, to reduce bending during an attack. Additionally, the bottom rail is positioned low enough that even if breached, the gap beneath remains too narrow for a person to pass through. The fixings for this security system are galvanised, patch-treated, and integrate anti-vibration technology, discouraging the unauthorised removal of nuts and bolts during an attack.
The gate is secured in the closed position with the sliding latch bolt. Choose from our recommended range of Squire Stronghold approved Secure By Design (SBD) padlocks. Note that for gates to be compliant with LPS standards, one of these padlocks must be fitted.
Installation
The PaliFence® single leaf gate is available in a dig-in or bolt-down format; please assess your ground conditions before making your choice. The bolt-down option comes with four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts for each post. Post Mix (C20/25) is required for the dig-in post option and is available as an extra purchase. It is recommended that you use four bags per post and that you use either C20 or C25 post mix. This gate has a 50mm ground clearance.
