2.3m Smartweld Fixed Leg Crowd Control Barriers are perfect for marking out restricted areas and directing crowds of people at outdoor events such as concerts, festivals, agricultural shows and even around car parks. They can help prevent people from accidentally entering harmful or restricted areas or be used to help manage flows of people by directing queues.

What is Smartweld Technology?
Smartweld Technology is a process which uses resistance welding to create a stronger and safer crowd control barrier. Two sections of steel are joined together and then electricity is used to melt these parts together to create a more robust joint. This method creates stronger and more reliable barriers than the traditional welding method.
Quality Construction
All our smartweld barriers are made from a high-quality steel and galvanised to prevent rust. The Barrier's galvanised finish conforms to the BS EN 10244-2 standard.
The pedestrian crowd control barriers can handle people standing on them without the need for extra support. The Barriers are particularly strong as they have a single piece of tube making up the frame resulting in only one joint.
Our crowd control barriers have four feet welded on to the frame which are spread out and makes it quick and easy to stack. A crowd control stillage is the ideal accessory to enhance storage space and can be used to safely stack, up to 25 barriers.
Customisation Available for Crowd Control Barriers
All our barriers are customisable and can be powder coated any RAL colour you require. We also offer custom crowd control covers which can be personalised with company name and logo. This is a fantastic way to manage crowds and promote companies.
Compatible With
The Ballast Bags are designed to be compatible with the Fixed Leg Crowd Control Barriers, they help to increase the overall strength and stability during poorer weather conditions. These weighted bags can be easily strapped onto the bottom of the barrier to supply extra eight and stability. Also, our walk-through barriers are the perfect addition to our barriers and can be used to manage the flow of pedestrian by acting as a gate.
