Crowd Control Barrier Stillage – Holds 25
Transport your fixed leg crowd control barriers safely and securely with the use of a steel crowd control barrier stillage.
Constructed using square self-coloured steel hollow tubing, these stillages are considered to be a heavy-duty alternative to traditional wooden pallets, able to hold up to 25 of the fixed leg crowd control barriers.
These stillages are a more cost effective and economical way of both storing and transporting fixed leg crowd control barriers. Unlike with pallets where plastic strapping and wrap may be used to hold the items in place, these stillages feature removable bars which hold the barriers securely in place.
These bars prevent any slippage by being positioned between the fixed legs of the barriers. This stops them from being able to move or fall during transport, greatly reducing the risk of accidents or injuries from occurring.
During loading and unloading, the corner posts can be removed to make this process easier. The posts can also be left out when the stillages are empty effectively “flat packing” them and greatly reducing the amount of space they take up.
To maximise storage space within your warehouse, or when loading them onto a lorry, these steel crowd control barrier stillages can be stacked on top of one another, with the flared feet of the stillages acting as guides to make this process much easier.
Each of these stillages also feature fork guides at the safest points to pick up these stillages to prevent them from tipping or falling when picking up with a forklift or pump truck, with a heightened ground clearance to make movement as easy as possible.
PPC (Polyester Powder Coating) Options available
These fixed leg barrier stillages are available to order with a high-quality Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) finish. These professionally applied coatings are available in a range of RAL colours, which can be used to match existing brand colours or to increase visibility for health and safety purposes.
These coatings also provide the steel with a protective layer, which helps to prevent the formation of rust and helps to increase the life span of your stillages.
