Each EVO 80 safety Barrier is constructed from robust, UV-stabilised polyethylene, guaranteeing long-lasting durability even under harsh weather conditions. The lightweight design makes it easy to transport and set up, weighing only 9kg when empty. When filled with water, it weighs 29kg and provides great stability. This adaptability makes them suitable for various applications, from controlling pedestrian flow at public gatherings to securing construction zones from unauthorised access.

Empty EVO 80 Barriers are conveniently stackable, significantly reducing storage space requirements. The barriers are stacked on pallets to make transporting them more efficient. There are 12 barriers per pallet. This allows for moving many barriers at once.

Three of the smaller, 1m wide and 555mm high EVO 1 barriers were Mira tested, which is one of the UK s leading barrier testing facilities. These were waterfilled to the line and fitted with mini mesh panels. They then withstood winds of up to 55mph and no barrier failed at that speed.
