The gates are available in single and double leaf options, offering a range of widths, heights, and a palette of polyester powder-coated colours.

Employing a low-weld technique, the gate utilises custom-made, pre-galvanised components that form robust connections upon assembly, eliminating the need for energy-intensive welding. Constructed from premium pre-galvanised steel, meeting BS 10346 standards, and further coated with polyester powder in a spectrum of standard or custom RAL colours, this product is built to withstand outdoor installation, enduring varying weather conditions. Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
EnviroRail® Gates offer versatility and ease of installation, characterised by modularity and a lightweight design. Their universal handedness ensures on-site flexibility, eliminating the limitations of fixed left or right-hand leaves. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give.
Each EnviroRail® gate arrives pre-drilled, streamlining the hinge and drop bolt installation. The package includes convenient plastic hole plugs for any unused holes. Customers have the option to add locking drop bolts. All EnviroRail gates are supplied with a UniSlide kit, a strong and secure sliding system designed for smooth operation. The Single Leaf Kit consists of a retainer plate and guide plate for precise alignment, a robust slider with anhandle set and fixings.
The comprehensive kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes. Prioritising safety, the gate adheres to BS 12604 safety guidelines. In case of hinge failure, multiple hinges work together to prevent the gate leaf from falling, ensuring safety and preventing potential injury or damage. Additionally, gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post for enhanced security, these are fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement.
With various width and height options, this gate kit caters to diverse installation needs, offering both dig-in and bolt-down choices. The dig-in option suits softer ground, requiring Post Mix for stability, while the bolt-down alternative is perfect for harder ground, secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts.
This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
