Constructed from high-quality pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and fortified with polyester powder coating in a wide range of standard or non-standard RAL colours, these gates are built to endure diverse weather conditions, making them ideal for outdoor use. Properly installed, they ensure years of reliable function with little maintenance required.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. Each EnviroRail gate is fitted with a UniSlide kit, providing a secure and efficient sliding system for ease of use. The Single Leaf Kit contains a retainer plate and guide plate for alignment, a durable slider with an handle set and fixings.
Their versatility shines through hassle-free installation, thanks to a modular, lightweight design and adaptable handedness that eliminate constraints associated with fixed left or right-hand leaf orientations. Each gate arrives pre-drilled, streamlining the hinge and drop bolt installation process, with included plastic hole plugs for the unused holes. Customers can opt for additional locking drop bolts.
Safety is prioritised with a comprehensive gate kit including an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes in compliance with BS 12604 guidelines. Multiple hinges prevent gate leaf failure, ensuring safety and averting potential injuries or damage. Additionally, fully welded gate hooks provide an added layer of security. Each EnviroRail gate is fitted with a UniSlide kit, providing a secure and efficient sliding system for ease of use. The Single Leaf Kit contains a retainer plate and guide plate for alignment, a durable slider with an handle set and fixings.
Offering various widths and heights, this gate kit provides dig-in and bolt-down options catering to diverse installation needs. The dig-in option suits softer ground and requires Post Mix for a sturdy installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground, secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts.
This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
