The EnviroRail® Bow Top Railing Gate, although appearing similar to standard bow top designs, stands out in the market due to its environmentally conscious manufacturing process. Utilising a low-weld technique, this system employs custom-made, laser-cut pre-galvanised components to create robust connections, reducing the reliance on energy-intensive welding. This choice resonates with customers concerned about minimising environmental impact during production.
Crafted from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates boast exceptional durability, effortlessly withstanding prolonged exposure to outdoor elements, ensuring years of reliable functionality. Each EnviroRail gate includes a UniSlide kit, a secure and durable system that ensures smooth sliding functionality. The Single Leaf Kit comes with a retainer plate and guide plate for accurate alignment, a sturdy slider with an handle set and fixings,
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
The EnviroRail® Gates offer a fully modular, lightweight solution, enabling swift installation for various hardware needs. Universally handed, they provide on-site flexibility without fixed left or right-hand specifications, simplifying decision-making during installation. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give.
Each gate arrives pre-drilled, streamlining the attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are provided to cover any unused holes on the attack face.
The kit comprises an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, meeting BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability even if one hinge fails. Furthermore, the gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post, these are fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement.
Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits are offered in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for installation in diverse locations. The dig-in variant suits softer ground types and requires Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option is ideal for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts.
This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
Aside from this gate kit, First Fence also provides EnviroRail® Railings, Estate Railings, and Gates. Consider enhancing security with a heavy-duty padlock as an additional measure.
