First Fence is excited to introduce the EnviroRail® Bow Top Gate range, crafted to perfectly complement our EnviroRail® Bow Top Railing collection. The Bow Top Railing presents an elegant, decorative fencing style, characterised by its graceful curvature atop the rail, enhancing not just the aesthetic appeal but also serving a functional purpose. Despite its ornate appearance, this product functions exceptionally well as a sturdy barrier, finding applications in parks, schools, commercial, and residential properties, offering security while maintaining an inviting ambiance.
Within the EnviroRail® line at First Fence, we present gate and railing panel kits. Our gates are available in single and double leaf options, boasting a variety of polyester powder-coated colours to suit diverse preferences. The gates are also available as s bolt down or dig in format, so will work with most ground substances, make sure to make a ground assessment before ordering or get in touch if you need advice.
The EnviroRail® Bow Top Railing Gate may appear as a standard bow top, but it stands out from similar products in the market due to its eco-conscious manufacturing process. Utilising a low-weld technique, this system employs custom-made, laser-cut pre-galvanised components, forming robust connections without relying on energy-intensive welding. It's the ideal choice for customers concerned about environmental impact during production.
Constructed from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and coated with polyester powder, our gates are built to withstand prolonged outdoor exposure effortlessly, ensuring years of reliable function.
Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.
The EnviroRail® Gates offer a fully modular, lightweight solution, ensuring quick installation for various hardware needs. Universally handed, they provide on-site flexibility without fixed left or right-hand specifications, making decisions on site hassle-free. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give.
Each gate arrives pre-drilled, simplifying the attachment of three hinges and a drop bolt. Plastic hole plugs are included to cover unused holes on the attack face.
The kit includes an EnviroRail® gate leaf, hinge, catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, meeting BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability even if one hinge fails. Furthermore, the gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post, these are fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement.
Available in various heights and widths, our gate kits come in dig-in and bolt-down versions, suitable for diverse installation locations. The dig-in variant suits softer ground types and will require Post Mix for a secure installation, while the bolt-down option is perfect for harder ground surfaces, secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts.
This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
In addition to this gate kit, First Fence offers EnviroRail® Railings, Estate Railings, and Gates. Consider adding a heavy-duty padlock for extra security.
