Features and Benefits

The single leaf Bow Top gate kit in this product range, despite looking like a conventional gate at first glance, applies an eco-friendly construction method via a low-weld process. Utilising custom-made, laser-cut components, this technique ensures robust bonds without the need for energy-intensive welding.

Crafted from pre-galvanised steel meeting BS 10346 standards and further polyester powder coated, all gates in this range guarantee a durability against outdoor challenges. Customisation options include a selection of standard and non-standard RAL colours.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. All EnviroRail gates are supplied with a UniSlide kit, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding system. The Single Leaf Kit includes a retainer plate and guide plate for alignment, a durable slider with an  handle set and fixings.

The EnviroRail® gates are designed as a lightweight, fully modular system, facilitating quick installation with various gate hardware kits. Universally handed, these gates offer on-site flexibility in leaf orientation selection. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give.

Featuring pre-drilled frame holes for easy hinge and locking drop bolt installation, if required, along with plastic hole plugs for non-attack face use, these gates also offer optional accessories like a locking drop bolt.

The EnviroRail® Single Leaf Gate Kit comprises a gate leaf, hinge and catch post, and three adjustable gate eyes, adhering to BS 12604 safety guidelines. The inclusion of three hinges ensures safety, preventing accidents in case one fails, with gate hooks fully welded onto the gate posT, these are fixed axis hinges with no up or down movement.

Available in different heights and widths, this gate kit offers both dig-in and bolt-down versions suitable for diverse installation locations. The dig-in option is suitable for softer ground, requiring Post Mix for stability, while the bolt-down version is ideal for harder ground and secured using four M16 x 125mm anchor bolts.

This gate kit is compatible with our security locks and when installed correctly will give up to 30mm of adjustment from the catch post. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.
