The EnviroRail® Bow Top Double Leaf Gate Kit, sized at 0.9m high x 4.0m wide, delivers exceptional adaptability in terms of access control. It allows for the option of opening one or both leaves, granting versatility in managing entry points.

Setting this gate kit apart is its eco-conscious manufacturing process. Unlike traditional welding-heavy methods, this kit employs a low-weld technique using pre-galvanised elements. These elements are custom-made and laser-cut, ensuring robust connections without excessive welding—a practice that significantly reduces energy consumption and resource usage. If minimising environmental impact during production is a priority for you, this gate kit presents an ideal choice.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier. The UniSlide Slider Double Kit comes included with all EnviroRail double gates, ensuring a secure and smooth sliding mechanism for reliable operation.

The EnviroRail® Double Gates offer a modular and lightweight solution, simplifying installation for various hardware requirements. They are universally handed, offering flexibility onsite without specific left or right-hand specifications. The modular functionality gives adjustability in case the gates move, which fixed hardware doesn't give.

Arriving pre-drilled, these gates streamline the attachment of six adjustable hinges and a drop bolt. To maintain a neat appearance, plastic hole plugs are provided for any unused holes. A locking drop bolt is available as an add-on purchase and is recommended for a double leaf gate..

Each kit comprises two EnviroRail® gate leaves, two gate posts, and six adjustable gate eyes (three for each leaf), meeting BS 12604 safety guidelines to ensure stability, even in the event of hinge failure. Furthermore, the gate hooks are fully welded to the gate post for added security. The gates have 50mm ground clearance.

Our gate kits come in various sizes and installation options dig-in for softer terrains like grass or soil and bolt-down for harder surfaces like concrete. The dig-in variant requires Post Mix for secure installation, while the bolt-down option utilises eight M16 x 125mm anchor bolts (available for addition to your order).
