In the rails to the lower section of the gate leaf are positioned closer together, which helps to stop small livestock from escaping their enclosure and unwanted animals from getting in.

The metal agricultural gate leaf is 1145mm high width a width of 6 feet [1830mm] wide. The top and bottom bars measure 45mm x 1.5m, and the five infill bars, or intermediate bars, measure 32mm x 1.2mm. Each gate comes with a spring-loaded Bolt Kit (including spring, cotter pin, washer and bolt) and two M20 x 150mm adjustable eye bolts with two hex nuts. Each gate leaf has two boss holes close together at the top. This is for adjustment, or if you have different hook spaces when hanging your leaf. If you are looking for a different size, we have gate leafs ranging from 3ft to 16ft wide in 1ft increments.
The 7-Rail Galvanised Farm Gate Leaf is a dig-in format suited to softer ground substances. You will need to order Post Mix to thoroughly fix the posts in place.
