2.0m EnviroRail® Railing Post Kit
Our EnviroRail® Railing Post Kit, measuring 2.0 meters in length, stands out due to its innovative construction. Crafted with precision, this kit utilises custom-cut and pre-formed steel components that are skilfully pressed together.
Compatibility is a key feature of the EnviroRail® Railing Post Kits, as they seamlessly integrate with all EnviroRail® railing systems, including Vertical Bar and Bow Top Round Railings. Designed to finish the end of a fencing run, they contribute to the establishment of a secure perimeter. These kits are ideal for replacing any worn or damaged posts without having to replace the whole railing system.
In contrast to traditional railing posts, which typically rely on extensive welding processes that can harm the environment, EnviroRail® railing posts employ an eco-conscious approach. They employ a low-weld construction method that reduces the necessity for numerous welds while preserving their structural integrity. This environmentally conscious approach positions EnviroRail® railing posts as a sustainable choice.
EnviroRail® Railing Posts are crafted from pre-galvanised steel, imparting superior resistance to corrosion. This results in posts that are not only enduring but also sturdy. To cater to diverse aesthetics, they are available in a variety of RAL colours. Furthermore, the powder coating on EnviroRail® Railing Posts adds an extra layer of protection against the elements.
Our EnviroRail® Railing Post Kit includes a robust post, M10 bolts, shear nuts, and a ribbed insert. Post mix and ground anchors are available separately to facilitate a secure installation process.
EnviroRail® Railing Posts come in two designs to accommodate different ground conditions. Dig-in posts are tailored for installation in softer ground types, allowing for hole digging and anchoring with post mix to create a solid foundation.
Alternatively, bolt-down posts are engineered for installation on hard surfaces, such as concrete, where digging holes is impractical. These posts are furnished with a pre-attached base plate, which is secured to the ground using ground anchor bolts.
