2.4m x 4.0m Double Leaf Palisade Security Gate

The 2.4m x 4.0m Double Leaf Palisade Security Gate provides a secure vehicle access point within a palisade security fencing system. With a total opening width of 4.0m, the two gate leaves can be opened together or individually, making it suitable for cars, forklifts and other site vehicles.

The gate is supplied with a sliding latch bolt and drop bolts for secure closure, with the option to add a heavy-duty padlock for additional security.

For a consistent perimeter, pair this gate with matching 2.4m palisade fencing.

Suitable for High-Security Sites

At 2.4m high, this palisade gate is ideal for sites requiring a high level of perimeter security. It can be installed on a range of ground types, provided the correct gate posts are selected:

• Dig-In Posts: Suitable for soft ground, such as grass or soil.
• Bolt Down Posts: Suitable for hard surfaces, such as concrete.

Features & Manufacture

Manufactured from strong, durable steel, this palisade gate is designed to provide reliable perimeter protection and withstand demanding conditions. Its cold-rolled construction helps reduce weight without compromising strength.

Each pale features a W-shaped profile, making the gate difficult to grip and climb. A choice of pale profiles is available, including:

• Flat
• Round
• Round and Notched
• Single Pointed
• Triple Pointed

Flat and Round pales offer a safer option, while Pointed pales provide a more intimidating deterrent. Select your preferred option when ordering.

Galvanised or Powder-Coated Finish

The gate is supplied as standard with a galvanised finish to help protect against rust and corrosion. The galvanising process complies with BS EN ISO 1461:2009.

For additional protection and a choice of colour, the gate can also be polyester powder coated in a range of RAL colours. This provides improved resistance to weathering and general wear while allowing the gate to match your wider perimeter system.

Standard configuration: All 2.4m x 4.0m Double Leaf Palisade Gates are supplied with a galvanised finish and triple pointed pales. Alternative finishes and pale profiles can be selected using the customisation options above.

Post mix cement and ground anchor bolts are not included and must be purchased separately. Post mix cement is required when installing Dig-In posts, while ground anchor bolts are required for Bolt Down posts.
