2.4m High RapidShield® 358 Mesh Intermediate Fencing Kit
RapidShield® is a modular fencing system designed for fast installation and removal, making it ideal for temporary and semi-permanent security applications.
With no excavation, concreting or permanent fixings required, the system can be installed on any suitable flat surface. Its reusable design provides a practical and cost-effective alternative to permanent fencing for industrial sites, events, welfare units and other temporary projects.
To assemble the Rapid Deployment Mesh Fencing, you will need an M8 x 40mm Star Torque Bit.
High-Security 358 Mesh
Manufactured from pre-galvanised steel, RapidShield® combines the strength of permanent fencing with the speed and flexibility of a temporary system.
The 358 mesh, also known as Prison Mesh, features small apertures that provide excellent anti-climb protection, making it a strong choice for industrial site security.

The 2.4m High RapidShield® 358 Mesh Intermediate Fencing Kit includes:
- 2.4m high x 2.5m wide 358 mesh panel
- Intermediate post
- 8 x M8 x 40mm mesh security bolts
- 8 x black universal fencing clips
- Black ribbed post end insert
- UniFoot kit with 200kg ballast
Patented UniFoot Stabilising System
The RapidShield® UniFoot provides reliable stability without the need for permanent ground fixings. The patented folding design features an integrated handle for easier handling and can be stacked neatly for efficient storage.
Build Your RapidShield® System
Additional components are available to create a complete fencing system, including:
- Corner post kits: for changes in direction
- End post kits: for finishing your fence run
- RapidShield® site gates: available in single and double leaf configurations
- 868 and V mesh options: alternative infill choices
RapidShield® gates feature pre-lasered holes for a safety tether and flush-fitting drop bolts for safe, convenient storage and stacking. The gates are designed to meet BS 12604 safety requirements.
