- Polyester Powder Coating - Provides the gate with a more attractive appearance as well as greater protection against weathering and vandalism; as over time, the exterior can become damaged by these things.
- Ground suitability - You can install this type of post on soft ground using post mix.
- This post is quick and simple to install.
- Designed to suit our Palisade gate systems only, of 2.4m high and appropriate width.
When you incorporate a robust catch gate post into your palisade fence and gate structure, you are creating a very strong and secure border and entrance to your premises.

It is an intimidating deterrent to any would-be intruders; the shape of the palisade makes it difficult to climb and the tops of the pales are designed to give further security to your site.
Available in both dig in and bolt down options. Your ground conditions will determine which you choose, if the ground is soft, you will need dig in, and if it is hard, you will need bolt down. Do not forget to order Post Mix or Ground Anchor Bolts to secure the post into the ground, both can be bought separately from the First Fence website.
This post was designed and manufactured with safety as a high priority and is ideal for educational settings such as schools and colleges. Also, it was designed to work with First Fence products so it cannot be guaranteed to work with products bought elsewhere.
Palisade Fencing and gates are designed for permanent installation and require little maintenance. It is strong and durable and is a cost-effective way of securing a medium to high security property.
Polyester Powder Coating is available. A powder coating in green or black comes as standard, however there is a selection of non-standard RAL colours available too. This is an additional protective layer and will help guard against damage and corrosion. This will also lend a very pleasing and professional aspect the boundary line of your location.
