Although the 2.4m High EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Kit may seem typical at first glance, it discerns itself through its environmentally mindful manufacturing process, which lessens dependence on energy-intensive welding. The system incorporates tailor-made, laser-cut, pre-galvanised interconnecting elements, ensuring robust connections through a simple pressing mechanism during assembly. For those prioritising environmental impact in gate production, this becomes the ideal choice.

These railings are well-suited for delineating areas, directing pedestrian traffic, and safeguarding green spaces. In educational settings, such as schools, they define perimeters around playgrounds and outdoor learning spaces, enhancing safety and organisation. The EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Kit features a 2900mm wide panel, and offered in a range of heights to meet specific needs. Designed to complement the EnviroRail® Gate of the same height and style, this kit facilitates the creation of a consistent and cohesive railing run.

Each EnviroRail® kit is comprised of pre-galvanised steel hollow tubular sections. These hollow tubes provide an incredibly high level of strength whilst helping to keep the weight to a minimum, making handling, transport and installation much easier.

Each kit includes a panel, post, and necessary fixings, with options for both dig-in and bolt-down posts. Crafted from premium zinc-galvanised steel, these railings boast a durable finish, ensuring an extended functional lifespan. Choose from a variety of RAL colours for a high-quality Polyester Powder Coating, adding a personalised touch while providing additional protection and an attractive finish.

For the dig-in selection, Post Mix is recommended, with two bags per post suggested. For the bolt-down selection, add four M16 x 125mm Ground Anchor Bolts per post to your purchase.

How to step your panel

Step One: Drill a 6mm pilot hole in the desired location for the new cleat; this is dictated by the gradient.

Step Two: Open the hole to a 12mm hole size to take the M10 bolts (as listed in the step below).

Step Three: Touch up and spray the hole, if required.

Step Four: Attach the cleat using the M10 x 70mm Square Cup Head Bolt and Shear Nut (for 0.9m to 1.2m height system) or M10 x 80mm Square Cup Head Bolt and Shear Nut (1.5m to 2.4m height systems).

Step Five: Attach the railing panel as per standard installation guidance.

Note: Please ensure the spacing relationships are followed according to the existing hole centres on the posts.
