You can incorporate this 2.1m x 9.0m Double Leaf Palisade Gate into a Palisade Security Fencing structure to create a useful access point for large vehicles. With a width of 9.0m, this gate is wide enough to enable lorries and vans to pass through when authorised to do so. When this palisade gate it closed it merges with the rest of the security fencing system to help protect the site. You can secure the two gate leaves in place by using the sliding latch bolt and two drop bolts which lower into the ground beneath. A Heavy-Duty Padlock may also be used if extra security is required.

This palisade gate can be constructed in many different locations, although because of its 2.1m height it is generally considered to be more appropriate for places that need a medium level of security in place. It can be assembled using either Dig-In posts or Bolt Down posts; however the posts that you use will depend on the type of ground that you install your security fencing and palisade gate upon. Dig-In posts should be used when erecting the gate a soft ground surface and Bolt Down posts should be used when erecting it on hard ground. Features and Manufacture

This 2.1m x 9.0m Double Leaf Palisade Gate is extremely robust and can withstand weather conditions like strong winds. Made out of cold rolled steel, it is thinner and more lightweight, yet still very strong and dependable. Within the palisade gate’s construction there are several pales which each have a ‘W’ shaped profile. This is really effective as it helps to restrict people from gripping the pales so they cannot pull themselves up to climb over. The head of each pale can also feature a Flat, Round and Notched, Round, Triple Pointed or Single Pointed design. These styles also help to restrict climbing in order to keep the security of your site intact. Each pale type will offer varying levels of safety and intimidation, so it is important to choose the most appropriate one for your location. The palisade gate is also given a protective zinc coating to help prevent the development of rust. This is called galvanisation and it successfully meets the BS EN ISO 1461:2009 standard. We can also polyester powder coat your gate to give it a protective layer against corrosion and general wear. Polyester Powder Coating can also transform your gate to have a bolder look, so it is more visible to the surrounding environment. This type of finish is available as a customisation option. Gate Kit

All 2.1m x 9.0m Double Leaf Palisade Gates are sold as an assembly kit, complete with all the required parts and fixings for construction. This means that items will not need to be ordered separately. Please note that we do not include Postfix cement or Ground Anchors within our gate kits so you will need to add these to your shopping cart if required.
