You can incorporate this 2.1m x 4.0m Single Leaf Palisade Gate into a Palisade Security Fencing structure to create a point of access for small vehicles. This palisade gate opens as a single leaf to produce a 4.0m wide driving space for vehicles like forklifts and small vans, although only one line of traffic will be able to pass through at a time. At a height of 2.1m, this gate is most suitable for locations with a medium-level security risk. You can successfully manage your site’s access with this palisade gate, as well as help to protect your premises from intrusion, theft and damage when the gate is locked. This palisade gate contains a drop bolt and a sliding bolt, so you can secure it when closed. A great aspect of this palisade gate is its versatility. Not only can it be constructed, along with your Palisade Security Fencing System, in many different locations, but it may also be installed on hard ground types or softer ground types. Installation on hard ground types, like concrete for example, will require you to use Bolt Down Posts and suitable Ground Anchor Bolts; whereas installation on softer ground, like grass, will require you to use Dig-In Posts and then Postfix cement. Features & Manufacture

This 2.1m x 4.0m Single Leaf Palisade Gate is made from cold rolled steel, which is very strong. The steel is also put through a galvanisation process to help protect it. This galvanisation complies with the BS EN ISO 1461:2009 standard and is achieved through the application of a zinc coating, which will ultimately help to prevent rust development on the palisade gate. As this type of gate can often experience wear and tear or corrosion from weathering, you can choose to have it polyester powder coated, which will make the gate more resistant to these factors. Polyester Powder Coating also provides your palisade gate with a more colourful and aesthetically pleasing appearance for the environment in which it is erected. Within the frame, this palisade gate features pales that have been moulded to encompass a profile which is ‘W’ in shape. The purpose of this is to make gripping the pales extremely difficult, so that climbing attempts are greatly restricted and the security of your site remains uncompromised. You may choose to have either Round, Round and Notched, Triple Pointed, Single Pointed or Flat types of pales within your gate. Each of these pales also helps with the prevention of site intrusion by making climbing very tricky. We automatically supply all of our 2.1m x 4.0m single leaf palisade gates as galvanised with triple pointed pales. To change the gate's pales and finish, please select from the customisation options that we have available.

Gate Kit

Each 2.1m x 4.0m Single Leaf Palisade Gate that we sell will be provided as an assembly kit. Within this kit, you will receive the right quantity of pales, posts, hinges and fixing bolts, as well as a sliding latch bolt, drop bolt and the entire gate frame to fit into your Palisade Security Fencing System. This makes ordering much quicker and simpler as items do not need to be purchased individually. Please be aware that you will not receive any Ground Anchor Bolts or Postfix cement within your gate kit, so if these are required, you will need to buy them as additional items.
