2.0m High x 1.2m Wide AdaptiGuard® Pedestrian Site Gate Kit
Designed for foot traffic, pedestrian site gates serve as effective and secure entry and exit points on construction sites, industrial facilities and other locations where controlling pedestrian access is necessary for safety and security. They can be equipped with access control systems, such as keypads or card readers to restrict entry to authorised personnel only. Built to withstand frequent use and exposure to weather elements, they ensure long-term reliability.
Features and Benefits
The 2.0m High x 1.2m Wide AdaptiGuard® single leaf pedestrian site gate kit from First Fence is available in a dig-in format and will serve as an ideal entry and exit solution for your site. Manufactured from pre-galvanised steel and powder coated in black or green as standard, this gate is built to last and, when installed properly, will give many years of faithful service with minimal maintenance required.
The AdaptiGuard®Single Leaf Site Gate features a lightweight 40 x 40mm square hollow section construction, reducing strain on operators and ensuring durability even under heavy use. Its modular design allows for the installation of various compatible locking mechanisms and keeps without any modifications, utilising the pre-lasered holes on the posts and leaves. This is a dig in format gate and will require Post Mix for a robust installation; we recommend four bags per post. The holes must be at least 700mm deep x 300mm x 300mm.
The site gate is equipped with a robust slider that can be securely locked with a padlock, ensuring contact with both leaves. This feature reduces the risk of prying or forced entry through the site gates. Additionally, it includes a flush-fitted drop bolt, accompanied by an anti-lift plate to deter theft. The sleek design facilitates convenient storage and transportation of your site gates.
The building site gate has pre-drilled 15mm holes to take the First Fence 4mm safety tether, helping your gate comply with the BS 12604 standards, which keep the gate safe in the unlikely event of a single point hinge failure.
The construction site gates are available in standard green or black finishes, yet they can be powder coated in your corporate colours upon request, guaranteeing that your site gates leave a memorable first impression.
