2.0m High 'W' Section Palisade Security Fencing Kit
The 2.0m High 'W' Section Palisade Security Fencing Kit is a strong, durable perimeter solution designed for sites requiring a medium level of security. Suitable for permanent installation on both hard and soft ground, it provides an effective barrier against unauthorised access, theft and damage.
Palisade fencing is one of the UK's most established security fencing systems and is widely used across industrial, commercial and public sites, including schools, businesses, utilities and railway stations.
Our palisade fencing is self-raking and can accommodate ground inclines of up to 30°, making it suitable for sloping boundaries.

The 'W' shaped pales are difficult to grip or climb, while the three points at the top of each pale provide an additional deterrent against intrusion. Single pointed and round & notched pales are also available as alternative options.
The narrow spacing between the pales also helps prevent larger objects from being passed through, providing an additional layer of site protection.

Each 2.0m High 'W' Section Palisade Security Fencing Kit includes:
- 1 x Palisade fencing post – dig-in or bolt-down
- 17 x 'W' section palisade fencing pales – triple pointed, single pointed or round & notched
- 1 x Palisade fencing top rail
- 1 x Palisade fencing bottom rail
- 2 x Palisade fencing fishplates
- 4 x M12 x 30mm bolts and shear nuts
- 34 x M8 x 25mm bolts and shear nuts
Installation
Our palisade fencing kits are supplied unassembled and require on-site construction. Please refer to our installation guide for detailed guidance.
Both dig-in and bolt-down post options are available:
- Dig-in posts: Suitable for soft ground such as grass or soil. The longer posts are installed into prepared holes and secured using Post Mix, sold separately.
- Bolt-down posts: Designed for hard surfaces such as concrete where digging is not practical. Each post features a 200 x 200mm base plate with four pre-drilled holes. M16 x 125mm ground anchors are available separately, with four recommended per post.
For open-ended fencing runs, an additional end post kit may be required. For changes in direction, corner kits can be used to create corner posts.
Installation requirements will vary depending on your ground conditions and fence configuration. The installation guide provides recommendations only, so we recommend consulting a professional installer to determine the correct requirements for your site.
