2.0m High 656 Twin Mesh Security Fencing Kit

The 2.0m High 656 Twin Mesh Security Fencing Kit provides a strong, durable perimeter solution for sites where security and public safety are important. Its robust construction and anti-climb design make it particularly suitable for schools, parks and other areas used by children and young people.

The 656 Twin Mesh design consists of 5mm diameter vertical steel wires pressed between two parallel 6mm diameter horizontal wires. This reinforced construction makes the panels difficult to cut through using standard tools, while the narrow mesh profile helps prevent climbing.

Dig-In or Bolt-Down Posts

The system is available with dig-in or bolt-down posts, making it suitable for different ground conditions.

• Dig-in posts: Designed for soft ground such as soil or grass. The posts are installed into prepared holes and secured with Post Mix, sold separately.
• Bolt-down posts: Suitable for solid surfaces such as concrete where excavation isn't practical. The posts feature a base plate and can be secured using Ground Anchor Bolts, sold separately.

Safety & Security

The 656 Twin Mesh system provides a secure boundary without creating an overly imposing barrier. Its robust twin-wire construction makes the fencing difficult to cut through, while the narrow apertures and panel design make climbing more challenging.

This combination of strength and visibility makes it a practical choice for schools, playgrounds, parks and public spaces, where secure boundaries are required without compromising visibility.

Galvanised & Powder-Coated Finish

The fencing is pre-galvanised and powder-coated in a choice of RAL colours. This dual-layer finish provides additional protection against corrosion, weathering and vandalism, helping to extend the lifespan of the fencing.

Please note: Lead times may vary depending on the selected RAL colour.

Add Privacy to Your Fencing

For additional privacy, Mesh Privacy Strips can be added to the fencing system. Available in a range of colours and sizes, the strips provide increased screening, while Mesh Fastening Clips provide a secure and neat finish.

Installation

We highly recommend using a Torque Bit when installing the fencing. These are specifically designed to fit the bolts supplied with our mesh fencing kits and help ensure a secure installation.

Please note: Mesh fencing clips are supplied in black as standard. If you require clips in another RAL colour, please contact us for a quotation.
