1.8m x 5.0m Single Leaf Palisade Security Gate
This 1.8m x 5.0m Single Leaf Palisade Gate may be used as a vehicle access point within a Palisade Fencing system. Suitable for small vehicles like forklifts and cars, this Palisade Gate allows vehicles to pass in and out of your site, as well as securing your location when staff are not present. You can secure the Palisade Gate with the sliding bolt and drop bolt supplied in your kit, or alternatively you may use a Heavy-Duty Padlock to provide your security fencing and Palisade Gate with greater protection. At 1.8m high, this Palisade Gate may be used for locations that do not have any major risks to their security.
Offering a great amount of strength and security, this Palisade Gate is extremely dependable and can be assembled in a range of locations. If you decide to construct your security fencing and Palisade Gate on softer ground like grass, you will need to use Dig-In Posts and then set them using Postfix cement. However, if you plan to construct your Palisade Gate on harder ground such as concrete, you will require Bolt Down Posts.
Features and Manufacture
This 1.8m x 5.0m Single Leaf Palisade Gate is extremely strong and weather resistant. It is made from cold rolled steel and is galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:2009 standards. This means the steel gate has a zinc coating which helps to protect it from rust; ultimately making your Palisade Gate longer lasting. For greater steel protection, a Polyester Powder Coating can be applied which makes the gate colourful and more resistant to corrosion and damage. Polyester Powder Coating is available in six standard RAL colours.
This Palisade Gate has a clever, hard-to-climb design due to the ‘W’ shape profile of each pale, which are very difficult for anyone to grip onto. Each palisade pale also helps to restrict and deter intrusion. This 1.8m x 5.0m Single Leaf Palisade Gate is sold with triple pointed pales and a galvanised finish as standard, however you may change these factors by selecting alternative customisation options.
Gate Kit
This Single Leaf Palisade Gate is supplied as an assembly kit, which contains the correct parts and fixings needed for construction. You will be provided with posts, pales, drop bolt, sliding latch bolt, hinges, gate frame to fit into your Palisade Fencing System, plus fixing bolts. The only items which will not be included within the palisade kit are Postfix cement and Ground Anchor Bolts, so if these are required, they will have to be added to your shopping cart as additional items.
