1.8m High EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Kit
The 1.8m High EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Kit provides a strong, modern and environmentally conscious solution for creating clear boundaries and perimeters. Its clean, unobtrusive design is ideal for parks, gardens, recreational areas, schools and other public spaces where high-security fencing is not required.
Features & Benefits
- Reduced-weld construction: EnviroRail® uses specially designed, laser-cut and pre-galvanised components that lock together to form strong connections, reducing the need for energy-intensive welding.
- Strong and lightweight: Pre-galvanised steel hollow tubular sections provide excellent strength while keeping the overall weight low for easier handling, transport and installation.
- Versatile applications: Ideal for defining boundaries, directing pedestrian traffic and protecting areas such as playgrounds, lawns and flower beds.
- Clean, modern design: The flat top profile creates a neat and unobtrusive perimeter that complements a wide range of environments.
- Flexible installation: Available with either dig-in or bolt-down posts to suit different ground conditions.

The 1.8m High EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Kit features a 2900mm wide panel and can be matched with a compatible EnviroRail® Gate to create a consistent and complete perimeter.
Installation Options
EnviroRail® Flat Top Railings can be installed using either dig-in or bolt-down posts:
- Dig-in posts: Suitable for softer ground where posts can be installed below ground. We recommend using two bags of Post Mix per post.
- Bolt-down posts: Suitable for hard surfaces such as concrete where digging is not practical. Four M16 x 125mm Ground Anchor Bolts are required per post.
Complete Your Railing System
Create a complete perimeter with matching EnviroRail® Flat Top Gates, available in single and double leaf options. For additional security, Heavy Duty Padlocks and Locking Drop Bolts can also be added to your gate system.
How to Step Your Panel
- Drill a 6mm pilot hole in the required location for the cleat, taking the gradient into account.
- Open the hole to 12mm to accommodate the M10 bolts.
- Touch up and spray the hole if required.
- Attach the cleat using the M10 x 70mm Square Cup Head Bolt and Shear Nut for 0.9m–1.2m systems, or the M10 x 80mm version for 1.5m–2.4m systems.
- Attach the railing panel following the standard installation guidance.
Please note: Ensure the correct spacing is maintained according to the existing hole centres on the posts.
