1.8m High EnviroRail® Bow Top Playground Railing Kit – Multicoloured

The 1.8m High EnviroRail® Bow Top Playground Railing Kit provides a secure, colourful and child-friendly perimeter for playgrounds, schools, parks and other recreational areas. Designed with safety in mind, the rounded bow top removes sharp edges, while the narrow gaps help reduce the risk of limb entrapment.

The Play Sec Bow Top Railing system is compliant with BS EN 1176 playground standards and RoSPA requirements, making it a suitable choice for child-friendly environments.

• 2 x M10 x 70mm Bolts

Please note: Post Mix and Ground Anchor Bolts are not included and must be purchased separately.

Multicoloured Polyester Powder Coating

The EnviroRail® Bow Top Playground Railing Kit is supplied with a professionally applied multicoloured Polyester Powder Coating (PPC). The vibrant colours create an inviting and visually appealing playground perimeter, while the contrasting shades can help improve visibility for children, parents and supervisors.

The PPC finish also provides an additional protective layer against weathering, rust and corrosion. If the coating becomes damaged, it can be easily restored using our touch-up spray.

Complete Your Playground Perimeter

Complete your Play Sec railing system with compatible EnviroRail® Play Sec Gates. Available in single and double leaf options, these gates are designed to complement the railing system while providing a secure and controlled access point.

How to Install Your Panel

1. Drill a 6mm pilot hole in the required location for the cleat, taking the gradient into account.
2. Open the hole to 12mm to accommodate the M10 bolts.
3. Touch up and spray the hole if required.
4. Attach the cleat using the M10 x 70mm Square Cup Head Bolt and Shear Nut for 0.9m–1.2m systems, or the M10 x 80mm version for 1.5m–2.4m systems.
5. Attach the railing panel following the standard installation guidance.

Please note: Ensure the correct spacing is maintained according to the existing hole centres on the posts.
