1.5m High Single Leaf Standard Vertical Bar Railing Gate Kit
A classically stylish vertical bar metal railing gate, the 1.5m high single leaf vertical bar railing gates combine style and strength to secure your site or perimeter, preventing unauthorised access. Available in widths starting from 2.0m up to 5.0m, these gates are an ideal choice for a wide range of applications, such as either a back or front garden gate, or they could also be used to secure driveways or for secure public areas such as parks.
This range of 1.5m metal railing gates has been designed and constructed to the highest standards by our expert team of fabricators using superb quality galvanised steel. The zinc coating helps to protect the steel from the damaging effects of weathering and corrosion.
Each of these gates is supplied with a sliding latch which allows the gate to be securely closed when not in use, reducing the risk of accident or injury should the gate be blown open by the wind, for example. The sliding latches can be further secured with the use of a heavy-duty padlock (sold separately), which can be used to prevent unauthorised access.
As well as the slider, the 1.5m high single leaf vertical bar gates come with a drop bolt, which can be used to hold the gate open for extended periods of time. These bolts can also be used to further secure the gate closed when not in use.
So that these steel bow top gates can be used in a wide range of different outdoor environments, they are available with either dig-in or bolt-down posts.
- Dig-in posts: Dig-in posts are suited towards areas where the ground type is soft enough for holes to be easily dug, such as soil. These posts are longer than their bolt-down variants, which allows part of the post to be placed into the hole and held securely in place with post mix (sold separately).
- Bolt-down posts: Bolt-down posts are the ideal choice for areas which have a ground surface which has been covered in concrete, which would make digging holes expensive or not practical. These posts have a base plate that allows ground anchor bolts (sold separately) to be bolted into the ground, holding the post securely in place.

If you require a little more colour, then it is possible to order these metal vertical bar single leaf gates in a wide range of RAL colours. These coatings can not only make your gates more visually appealing but also add an additional layer of protection against rust and corrosion.
In the event that your PPC finish should become damaged, it can be quickly and easily repaired with the use of a touch-up spray can.
