1.5m High EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Kit
The 1.5m High EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Kit provides a clean and versatile solution for defining boundaries in public, commercial and landscaped spaces.
Its simple flat-top design offers a balance of security, visibility and aesthetics, making it ideal for parks, gardens, schools, recreational areas and other locations where clear boundary demarcation is required without high-security fencing.

Durable EnviroRail® Construction
Each kit is manufactured from pre-galvanised steel hollow tubular sections, providing excellent strength while keeping the system lightweight for easier handling, transportation and installation.
The galvanised zinc coating helps protect the steel against corrosion and weathering, providing long-lasting outdoor performance.
Dig-In or Bolt-Down Posts
Choose the post option to suit your ground conditions.
- Dig-in posts: Suitable for softer ground where holes can be excavated. We recommend using Post Mix, with two bags per post.
- Bolt-down posts: Designed for hard surfaces where digging may not be practical. Each post requires four M16 x 125mm Ground Anchor Bolts.
Customise With a PPC Finish
The railing can be finished with a professionally applied Polyester Powder Coating (PPC) in a range of RAL colours.
As well as creating a customised and attractive finish, PPC provides an additional protective layer against rust, corrosion and weathering.
What's Included?
Each EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Kit includes:
- 1 x 2900mm Railing Panel
- 1 x Railing Post
- Support Leg(s)
- Required Fixings
Installation
- Drill a 6mm pilot hole for the new cleat, taking the ground gradient into account.
- Open the hole to 12mm to accommodate the M10 bolts.
- Touch up and spray the hole where required.
- Attach the cleat using an M10 x 80mm Square Cup Head Bolt and Shear Nut for 1.5m systems.
- Attach the railing panel following the standard installation guidance.
Important: Ensure spacing follows the existing hole centres on the posts.
