1.2m High EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Kit
The 1.2m High EnviroRail® Flat Top Railing Kit offers a clean, modern solution for defining boundaries and separating spaces. Its simple flat-top design provides a balance of security and visibility, making it ideal for public spaces, schools, parks, gardens and landscaped areas.
The system is particularly suited to low-security applications where clear boundary demarcation is required without creating a closed or restrictive feel.

Environmentally Considered Design
EnviroRail® is manufactured using custom-made, laser-cut, pre-galvanised interlocking components that create strong joints during assembly, reducing reliance on energy-intensive welding.
What's Included?
Each kit includes:
- 2900mm railing panel
- Post
- Support leg
- Twisted cleats
- Required fixings
For dig-in posts, we recommend Post Mix, with two bags per post.
For bolt-down posts, M16 x 125mm Ground Anchor Bolts are required and can be added to your order.
Installation
- Drill a 6mm pilot hole in the required position for the new cleat, depending on the gradient.
- Open the hole to 12mm to accommodate the M10 bolts.
- Touch up and spray the hole where required.
- Secure the cleat using the appropriate M10 square cup head bolt and shear nut:
- Attach the railing panel following the standard installation guidance.
Important: Ensure spacing follows the existing hole centres on the posts.
