Chain link fencing is a durable and budget-friendly option for securing residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Constructed from galvanised steel and coated with PVC, it ensures strong resistance to weather and corrosion while maintaining clear visibility. Its long-lasting protection makes it particularly well-suited for the UK climate.
Whether you're a contractor, landscaper, property developer, or homeowner in need of a dependable boundary solution, First Fence's chain link fencing offers a durable and professional finish.
Strong, weather-resistant, and simple to install, our 1.2m high chain link fencing is perfect for garden boundaries, pet enclosures, sports areas, and light security needs.
First Fence provides everything you need to build your chain link fencing system, including posts, chain link rolls and post mix. Use our handy calculator to determine exactly what you need. Simply enter the required meterage to find out how many rolls of chain link fencing are needed, then select your posts. Your choices will depend on your site and fencing requirements, with options including end posts for the start and finish of each run, corner posts for direction changes, two-way strainer posts for straight runs over 69m, no more than 30m apart, and intermediate posts, recommended at 3m intervals.
Include hog ring clips to fasten the fencing to tension wires or support structures, along with a hog ring clip gun for secure attachment. Use rapid-set post mix for a strong in-ground installation, and keep spray paint touch-up cans on hand for quick and efficient repairs to any scuffs or marks. It is recommended that the hog ring clips be fixed at 300mm intervals.
