Our EnviroRail range is a testament to innovation in railing construction. By employing a minimised weld approach, we've harnessed the power of specially designed, interlocking components to create incredibly robust connections within each railing bay. This groundbreaking method significantly reduces the need for welding, all while maintaining the exceptional strength that you expect. This makes the EnviroRail range a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to conventional steel railing systems.
Our intermediate posts are more than just structural elements; they offer versatility and practicality. These posts are perfect for completing a fencing run, or in unfortunate instances of post damage, they can seamlessly replace posts between panels. Crafted from durable steel, each post is professionally treated with a Polyester Powder Coating (PPC), adding not only vibrant colors but also a protective layer that enhances resistance to weathering and rust. This EnviroRail® Railing Post Kit is compatible with our EnviroRail® Bow Top Railings and EnviroRail® Vertical Bar Railings.
Dig in or bolt down versions available
To cater to diverse installation needs across various terrains, we offer two distinct options for our intermediate posts:
Dig-In Posts: Tailored for soft ground types, these posts can be effortlessly installed by digging holes and securing them with post mix, ensuring a robust support system for both the post and railings.
Bolt-Down Posts: Designed for use on harder ground surfaces such as concrete, these posts feature a base plate securely fastened to the ground using ground anchor bolts, eliminating the need for excavation.

- M10 bolts and shear nuts
- A ribbed insert
