Using a reduced weld construction, the EnviroRail range of railings uses a series of bespoke components which have been specially designed to press together to create incredibly strong bonds within each railing bay.
This revolutionary method of making each railing bay reduces the amount of welding required without compromising on strength, making the EnviroRail range a more environmentally friendly alternative to standard steel railing systems.
These intermediate posts are ideal for finishing a run of fencing or in the unfortunate event that one of the posts should become damaged, it can be used as a replacement post between panels.
Each steel post has been finished with a professionally applied Polyester Powder Coating (PPC). These bright and colourful coatings also provide the steel with a protective layer, increasing their resistance to weathering and rust.
To accommodate installation of the EnviroRail range in as many locations and on as many different ground types as possible, these intermediate posts are available in either dig in or bolt down variants.
Dig-in posts are designed for use on soft ground types where holes for the posts can easily be dug. These posts are then held in place with post mix, creating a strong support for the post and railings.
Bolt-down posts are designed use on harder ground types such as concrete, where it may not be possible to dig holes. These posts have a base plate which is secured to the ground with ground anchor bolts.
Our EnviroRail® railing post kit includes one steel post, professionally finished with a Polyester Powder Coating, M10 bolts and shear nuts, and a ribbed insert. Post mix and ground anchors are sold separately to help you securely install your post.
