Features and Benefits
These gates are manufactured from 6mm vertical wires mesh which are crossed over 8mm horizontal wire making them strong and sturdy, the design allows you to see straight through making them very popular for use around play areas and school grounds. The close mesh of the wires stops objects being passed through them so acts as a strong deterrent.
868 mesh is a heavier design than standard mesh and has a higher resistance to damage and vandalism as it cannot be cut through by using standard tools.
This gate is 1.2m high and 2.0m wide but is available in widths up to 5.0m so the choice is yours. Adding this gate to your mesh fencing system creates an excellent access point and it can be locked with a heavy duty padlock to increase site security.
The wire mesh gate is suitable to be erected on most types of ground, it is suggested that you use the Dig-In Posts on soft ground and Bolt Down Posts on harder ground.
We offer a polyester powder coating service here at First Fence, which offers a variety of different RAL colours, this makes the gates able to withstand the bad weather which can cause damage and gives them a more pleasing appearance. There is lead time for non-standard colours.
Included In The kit
The gate comes complete with everything you need to erect it, a catch and hinge gate post, adjustable gate eyes, a drop bolt, and ribbed inserts for the frame and post. They create the complete package with the exception of ground anchor bolts and post mix which can be purchased separately.
The gates also come in a range of heights including 1.8m, 2.0m, 2.4m and 3.0m and in addition we have a range of fencing accessories available which can be purchased separately.
Please Note: When attaching your gate to our mesh fencing, additional M8 x 40mm bolts and mesh fencing clips will be required.
