Swing Car Park Barrier – Single Leaf – 5.0m
Providing a secure point of vehicular access to a private site or car park, these 5.0m wide single leaf barriers allow for two rows of small to medium sized vehicles to enter or exit the site at the same time.
Each of these barriers has a height of 1.0m and are constructed by our in-house fabrication team from high quality galvanised steel creating a strong and sturdy barrier which is suitable for outdoor installation. The zinc coating provided by this galvanised finish creates a protective barrier which protects the metal against the damaging effects of rusting and weathering. This allows the steel to keep its silver finish for longer than untreated metals.
The swing park barriers have sliding bolt latches to hold the gate shut when not in use, for further security it is possible to lock the barrier closed with the use of a padlock. (Please note padlocks are sold as additional accessories)

Posts Options
To suit a variety of locations and site types, these barrier systems are available with either dig in or bolt down posts.
- Dig in posts - The ideal choice for sites where the barrier will be installed on loose or soft ground where it is possible to dig holes quickly and easily. These posts are longer than the bolt down variant to allow a sufficient section of the post to be secured in the ground. Please note: Post cement is sold separately
- Bolt down posts – A cost efficient and sturdy alternative to the dig in post, these are ideal for use on harder ground types such as concrete or tarmac where it may not be possible to dig holes for time or financial reasons.
With the use of ground anchor bolts, these posts are secured in place with their pre drilled ground plates allowing for speedy installation.
Please note: As with post cement, the ground anchor bolts are an additional accessory which is sold separately.
As standard, these swing car park barriers are supplied in a galvanised finish. It is also possible to have them Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) in a range of RAL colours. These additional coatings not only give the barrier an extra protective coating, can also greatly improve the aesthetics of your site perimeter.
