Technical Specification and Design

This high-security gate is specified to the highest standards. It stands at a certified height of 2.4 metres and provides a clear pedestrian access width of 1000mm, with a total overall width of 1290mm for planning. The gate leaf is constructed from a substantial 60x60mm steel box section frame. It is supported by robust 80x80x3mm box section steel posts for both the hinge and catch sides. For maximum durability, the gate is pre-galvanised  and then further protected and customised with an polyester powder coating in a range of colours.

Installation Options

This kit provides complete installation flexibility to suit any project. It is supplied with two post options: 2400mm long base-plated posts for bolting down onto existing concrete or steelwork, and 3100mm long posts for digging in and setting into a new concrete foundation for maximum stability.
