Size 8 Tube Slope Range Short (G2) Key Clamp Fitting

The Slope Range Short is also known as a G2 Key Clamp Fitting, it is generally used in guardrail structures that are located on ramps and slopes where it forms a ‘T’ joint connection. It is commonly used to connect a vertical tube with a sloped top tube, but it can also be used to join a horizontal or sloped middle or lower tube with an end vertical tube. One of these tubes will be fixed into the fitting, with the other tube being fitted through, which is unable to join inside it. The G2 can be adjusted to create sloped tubes at angles anywhere between 0° and 11°, this level of versatility enables more customisation options to ensure that your guardrail system meets all of your requirements.

The Slope Range Long (G4) Tube Clamp Fitting may be used as another option for this type of product.

It is highly recommended to also order a Hex Key when placing an order for key clamp fittings as they are used to tighten the grub screws which secure the fittings in place.

Please note: The Slope Range Short Key Clamp Fitting (G2) is only compatible with size 8 tubing which has an outer diameter measuring 48.3mm
