Size 8 Tube Slope Range Elbow (G6) Key Clamp Fitting
A Slope Range Elbow, also known as a G6 Tube Clamp Fitting, is useful for guardrail installations on sloped areas. It enables an elbow joint to be formed through the connection of a vertical end tube with a sloped top tube which ends at the connection. This type of joint is usually located at the beginning of an incline on a ramp. The fitting can adjust to position sloped tubes at angles between 0° and 11°, this versatility enables various customisation options which ensures that you can make your guardrail structure meet your needs.
Please Note: This G6 Key Clamp Fitting is only compatible with Size 8 Tubes that have an outside diameter of 48.3mm.
Installation of these fittings is made easy with no need for special skills or expensive tools, all that is needed is a Hex Key, these are available to be purchased separately. The Hex Keys are used to tighten the Grub Screws which ensures that the system is secured firmly in place.
Being manufactured from galvanised steel, these tube clamps have added protection against the damaging effects of corrosion and weathering, there will also be a reduced risk of damage from wear and tear. This means that after installation, these fitting require very little to no maintenance.
