Size 8 Tube Retro Fit Clamp On Tee (A66) Key Clamp Fitting
The Retro Fit Clamp On Tee, or A66 as it is commonly known, is a useful key clamp fitting for the development or alteration of an already constructed guardrail or handrail structure. This fitting is fixed at a 90° angle using bolts and enables a tube to be positioned horizontally on top of a vertical tube; the horizontal tube is unable to join inside the key clamp. This fitting is often used as an alternative option to the Short Tee (A2) fitting.
Please Note: This particular A66 tube clamp fitting is suitable for use with Size 8 Tubing that has an outside diameter of 48.3mm.
Supplied in galvanised steel, the Retro Clamp On Tee is provided with an additional layer of protection and resistance against the damaging effects of weathering and corrosion which can be caused by harsh weather conditions such as wind and rain. This therefore offers the fitting with a longer lifespan without the need for frequent maintenance after it has been installed.
