Railing Cleats
Steel railing cleats are an essential component for constructing your metal railing systems. These cleats are designed to be used with our bow top, vertical bar and ball top railing systems.
Also known as angle cleats, are simple to install, attaching to the railing posts. This then allows the panel to connect to the post to provide a smooth and secure metal rail fencing run that will be difficult for vandals to tamper with. M10 nuts and bolts should be used to attach the cleats to the panels and the posts.
To ensure that the cleats are strong enough to support your metal railing panels securely, each has been made from superb quality galvanised steel which is 5mm thick. The galvanised zinc coating applied to each of these railing cleats gives them a protective coating against weathering and rust.
It is also possible to have these steel angle cleats with a high-quality Polyester Powder Coating (PPC), to match your railings. These hard-wearing coats look fantastic and give the steel a secondary layer of protection against rust and corrosion.
