Our double leaf gate offers flexibility in terms of access control, one or both leaves can be opened and closed depending on your access needs. Crafted from high-quality steel that has been bright zinc electroplated, compliant to BS EN ISO 2081:2018 standards. It is further reinforced with a sleek polyester powder coating, which is available in various RAL colours, to enhance its resistance to wear, damage, rust, and corrosion.
The gate kit includes a sliding gate leaf, a catch leaf, two hinge gate posts, two drop bolts, six adjustable gate eyes, and ribbed inserts for the gate frame and posts. The gate leaves feature an 868 mesh infill, a well-established security mesh configuration with 6mm thick vertical wires and 8mm thick horizontals, making it highly resistant to cutting.
This robust mesh is ideal for scenarios requiring clear perimeter visibility or seamless integration with CCTV systems.
To bolster security, our gate kit incorporates six adjustable gate eyes, ensuring gate stability even in the unlikely event of hinge failure. Whether you are dealing with grass or other soft terrains that require the dig-in option or concrete and other solid ground types that demand bolt-down posts, we offer comprehensive solutions.
The bolt-down kit includes essential ground anchor bolts, while the dig-in kit requires the addition of Post Mix to your order. For optimal installation, we recommend three bags per post. You should use either C20 or C25 post mix.
Versatile Access Control
Our gate is designed to accommodate both pedestrian and small vehicle access with an access width of 4.0m. This gate kit incorporates a sliding latch bolt to securely close the leaves, while the drop bolts ensure secure leaf placement. You retain the flexibility to open one or both leaves to align with your specific requirements.
A recommended range of approved Secure By Design (SBD) padlocks is available.
