Key Features and Benefits
Our double leaf gate offers great flexibility in terms of access control. Crafted from top-quality steel, which has been hot dip galvanised to meet ISO 1461 standards. It is further fortified by a polyester powder coating, available in a variety of colours, to enhance its defence against wear, damage, rust, and corrosion.
The comprehensive kit includes gate leaves, two hinge gate posts, two drop bolts, six adjustable gate eyes, and ribbed inserts for the gate frame and posts. The gate leaves feature an 868 mesh infill, a well-established security mesh configuration with 6mm thick vertical wires and 8mm thick horizontals, rendering it highly resistant to cutting.
This robust mesh is ideal for scenarios requiring clear perimeter visibility or seamless integration with CCTV systems.
To enhance security, our gate kit integrates six adjustable gate eyes, ensuring gate stability even in the unlikely event of hinge failure. Each adjustable gate eye bolt is securely fastened with a snap-off shear nut, mitigating the risk of post-installation removal. Furthermore, two Drop Bolts add an extra layer of safety.

The bolt-down kit includes indispensable ground anchor bolts, while the dig-in kit requires the addition of Post Mix to your order. For optimal installation, we recommend four bags per post and that you use a C20 or C25 grade product.
Versatile Access Control
Our gate is ingeniously designed to accommodate both pedestrian access and small vehicles like forklifts, boasting a width of 7.0m. This gate kit incorporates a sliding latch bolt to securely close the leaves, while the drop bolts ensure steadfast leaf placement. You retain the flexibility to open one or both leaves to align with your specific requirements.
A recommended range of approved Secure By Design (SBD) padlocks is available.
