ProFence® represents a cost-effective and formidable security mesh system that has obtained certification under the stringent LP 1175 SR1 (A1) standards. This prestigious rating ensures a one-minute delay against opportunistic attacks employing Category A tools, including pliers, glass cutters, claw hammers, screwdrivers, bolt cutters, pliers and engineer’s hooks.

SR1 (A1) ratings and LPS 1175 sets the standard for resisting attempts at forced entry into premises housing high-value assets. This one-minute delay can provide on-site security teams with a crucial window of opportunity to intercept intruders before they breach the security perimeter.

LPS 1175 certification serves as a robust assessment for determining the resistance of physical security products against unauthorised access attempts. The certification evaluates the ability of security equipment to sustain forced entry, taking into account the tools used and the duration that attackers invest in their attempts at a breach. SR1 (A1) rating certifies resistance to a sixty-second attack with Toolkit A.

ProFence® is a high-security fence system that comes in two types: 868 Twin Mesh and 358 Prison Mesh. Both types of fence are made from welded mesh with a small aperture, making them difficult to climb or break through. ProFence® is available in a variety of heights to suit your specific security needs, and we also offer matching gates and corner post kits to complete your fence system.

Additionally, the posts have been constructed from high quality pre-galvanised steel, compliant to BS EN 10346, providing exceptional resistance to corrosion and rust. It is also polyester powder-coated in a choice of RAL colours. How to Install

Installing the SR1 rated security fence system from First Fence is a straightforward process, adaptable to various ground conditions. Begin by assessing the ground substance where you plan to install the welded security mesh kit. If the ground is soft, concrete the posts into place. For harder ground, use the bolt down option. Post Mix is available to purchase alongside your fencing kit. Three bags are recommended per 3.0m post. It is highly recommended that you use either C20 or C25 post mix. If you choose the bolt down kit, the fixings will be supplied with it. This SR1 (A1) welded mesh fencing system incorporates a clamp bar fixing, offering enhanced security.

ProFence® is certified for gradients from 0 to 25 degrees.
