Each product in this range undergoes rigorous testing and certification, before finally meeting the stringent LPS 1175 SR1 (A1) standards. This certification signifies an impressive one-minute delay against potential trespass, employing Toolkit A - a collection of tools including glass cutters, pliers, spanners, knife, lever and bolt cutters, all often used by individuals attempting unauthorised access to private premises, as these are small and easily concealed in a pocket or under a jacket.

This critical sixty-second delay is vital, giving security teams essential time to rapidly detect and respond to potential intrusions. It serves as a significant deterrent against criminals attempting theft or damage, making it more likely for intruders to abandon their attempts. The rigorous SR1 testing process has rightfully earned this product range a prestigious spot in the Red Book, highlighting its reliability and effectiveness.

Comprehensive Accessories: The kit includes a sliding gate leaf, catch and hinge post, three gate eyes, Ribbed Inserts for the posts and gate frame, and a heavy-duty padlock. The inclusion of multiple adjustable gate eyes ensures sustained security, even in the unlikely event of a single hinge malfunction.

Tamper Resistance: Each adjustable gate eye is fortified with a shear nut, making post-installation removal impossible. The gate also features a sliding latch bolt and a drop bolt, both reinforced to deter tampering, ensuring the integrity of your security system.

Weather-Resistant Construction: Our security gate kit is meticulously fashioned from steel which has been hot dip galvanised to ISO 1461 standards. It is then coated with a weather-resistant Polyester Powder Coating (PPC). This confers exceptional resistance to rust, corrosion, wear and tear, and adverse weather conditions, ensuring its longevity and reliability.

Installation Made Easy

Our SR1 rated security system is adaptable to various ground conditions, with both dig-in and bolt-down versions available. The bolt-down kit comes complete with essential ground anchor bolts, while the dig-in kit requires the addition of Post Mix, readily available for purchase and recommended at four bags per 3.0m post. You should use either C20 or C25 post mix.
