Crafted from high-quality hot-dipped galvanised steel, it receives additional protection through a sleek polyester powder coating, which is available in a range of RAL colours, enhancing its defence against wear, damage, vandalism, rust, and corrosion. This safeguard is indispensable for a product permanently installed outdoors and in regular daily use.
This comprehensive mesh gate kit includes gate leaves, two hinge gate posts, two drop bolts, six adjustable gate eyes, and ribbed inserts for the gate frame and posts. The gate leaves feature a robust 358 mesh infill that poses a formidable challenge against cutting or climbing. This resilient mesh is ideal for scenarios requiring clear boundary visibility or integration with CCTV systems. It is also commonly referred to as "Prison Mesh" due to its prevalent use in high-security settings.
For heightened security, our SR1 rated gate kit incorporates six adjustable gate eyes, ensuring gate stability even in the unlikely event of hinge failure. Each adjustable gate eye bolt is securely fastened with a snap-off nut, mitigating the risk of post-installation removal. Furthermore, two Drop Bolts provide an additional layer of safety.
Easy Installation
Installing this product range is straightforward, adhering to the standard mesh installation procedure. You can either embed it into the ground or secure it with bolts.
This mesh gate is suitable for softer ground, such as soil or turf, and will require Post Mix to be added to the order (we recommend four bags per post). You should use either C20 or C25 post mix. The bolt-down format kit includes the necessary ground anchor bolts.
