What is A1 (SR1) rated security fencing?
ProFence® stands as a cost-effective, formidable security mesh system that has achieved certification under LP 1175 A1 (SR1) standards. This rating ensures a one-minute delay against opportunistic attacks by someone employing Category A tools which include pliers, glass cutters, claw hammers, screwdrivers and engineer’s hooks.
SR1 (A1) ratings and LPS 1175 standards are the benchmarks for resisting attempts at forced entry into premises holding high-value assets. This one-minute delay can provide on-site security teams with a crucial window of opportunity to intercept intruders before they breach the security perimeter.

How to Install
Installing the SR1 rated security fence system from First Fence is a straightforward process, adaptable to various ground conditions. Begin by assessing the ground substance where you plan to install the welded security mesh kit. If the ground is soft, concrete the posts into place. For harder ground, use the bolt down option. Post Mix is available to purchase alongside your fencing kit. It is highly recommended that you use either C20 or C25 post mix. If you choose the bolt down kit, the fixings will be supplied with it. This SR1 (A1) welded mesh fencing system incorporates a clamp bar fixing, offering enhanced security.
ProFence® is certified for gradients from 0 to 25 degrees.
Please Note: M16 x 125mm Ground Anchor are provided with all kits however the minimum requirement is M12 x 125mm Ground Anchor for bolt down posts.
