This kit is constructed from excellent quality steel which has been pre-galvanised to BS EN 10346 standards, offering exceptional resistance to corrosion and rust. It is further enhanced with polyester powder coating, available in a range of RAL colours including black or green. Powder coating not only enhances product durability but also provides a sleek, high-quality finish that seamlessly integrates with its surroundings or aligns with your corporate branding, thereby enhancing both visual and physical deterrence along your perimeter.
Installation made easy
Installing the SR1 rated security fence system from First Fence is a straightforward process adaptable to various ground conditions. Begin by assessing the ground substance where you intend to install the welded security mesh kit. If the ground is soft, opt for concreting the posts into place. For harder ground, consider the bolt-down option. Post Mix is available for purchase alongside your fencing kit, it is recommended that you use three bags per post, and if you choose the bolt-down kit, the necessary fixings are included. It is highly recommended that you use either C20 or C25 post mix.
This SR1 (A1) welded mesh fencing system incorporates a clamp bar fixing, delivering heightened security. M8x90mm Cup Head Galvanized Through Bolts pass through the U-clips, firmly securing the clamp bar over the mesh panel and post. A shear nut on the back of the post guarantees a secure fit.
ProFence® is certified for gradients from 0 to 25 degrees.
Please Note: M16 x 125mm Ground Anchor are provided with all kits however the minimum requirement is M12 x 125mm Ground Anchor for bolt down posts.
