The PaliFence® Palisade Security Fencing system carries an impressive SR1 rating, which signifies its ability to withstand a sixty-second assault using small, easily concealed hand tools such as knives, levers, pliers and spanners. What is SR1 (A1) rated security fencing?
PaliFence® presents a cost-effective and exceptionally robust security palisade system, certified to meet the rigorous LPS 1175 SR1 (A1) standards. This certification guarantees a one-minute resistance against opportunistic attacks using Toolkit A, which includes inconspicuous hand tools such as glass cutters, pliers, spanners, and bolt-cutters. The SR1 ratings and adherence set the benchmark for thwarting attempted forced entry into facilities safeguarding high-value assets. The one-minute delay offers on-site security teams a crucial timeframe to intervene and intercept intruders before breaching the security perimeter.

The End Post Kit in the security-rated PaliFence® range includes an IPE post, Fish Plates, and corresponding fixings. The bolts feature anti-vibration technology, discouraging unauthorised removal attempts. Powder-coated alternatives are offered. The galvanised and powder-coated combination ensures outstanding resistance to rust and corrosion, making it ideal for enduring outdoor use.
When you require a conclusion to your fencing run, the Corner Post Kit, available in both dig-in and bolt-down options, serves as the perfect solution.
How to install
This end post kit is installed similarly to a standard palisade post, being either concreted into softer ground or bolted down onto hard ground surfaces. For the dig-in variety, it is suggested to use either a C20 or C25 post mix and to use 2 bags per post for a secure installation. The bolt-down format comes with four M16 x 125mm ground anchors per post.
PaliFence® is certified for gradients from 0 to 30°, and when correctly installed, the fencing system will give a 50mm ground clearance.
