PaliFence® stands as First Fence's foremost security palisade fencing, boasting an SR1 (A1) LPS 1175 rating, elevating it far beyond the standard palisade offerings. Crafted to cater to sites safeguarding high-value assets or demanding heightened security, this fencing solution proves ideal for such critical environments.
The LPS 1175 SR1 (A1) certification assesses the resilience of physical security products against unauthorised attempts at access with hostile intent. Through extensive testing, the PaliFence® series has earned this accreditation, indicating its ability to withstand such attacks for sixty seconds. These crucial seconds provide on-site security teams with the opportunity to detect breaches promptly and react effectively.
The PaliFence® Palisade range features fencing and post kits, which are available in both bolt-down and dig-in formats, alongside a comprehensive selection of gates, allowing you to create the ideal access point for your fencing set-up.
Please note that our Palisade range does not come pre-assembled, and the components will need to be assembled on-site. For more information, please read our installation guide.

The PaliFence® LPS 1175 SR1 (A1) Double Leaf Gate Kit, standing at 2.0m, offers widths from 2.0 to 10.0m, catering to diverse scenarios. Whether facilitating pedestrian entry or accommodating vehicles, its versatility shines through. With the option to operate one or both leaves, this double leaf gate presents unmatched flexibility in access control.
Crafted from hot-dip galvanised steel in accordance with ISO 1461 standards, this double leaf gate is perfect for enduring outdoor use. Galvanisation provides exceptional resistance to rust and corrosion, guaranteeing longevity. Additionally, the gate can be coated with polyester powder for a sleek appearance and added protection.
This gate, part of the security-rated palisade fencing system, features three cross rails on each leaf, strategically positioned at the top, middle, and bottom. This layout effectively minimises bending of the pales during assaults. Placing the bottom rail very close to the ground ensures that even if breached, the gap remains too small for a person to pass through. Additionally, the gate's fixings are galvanised and patch treated, integrating anti-vibration technology to discourage the unauthorised removal of nuts and bolts during an attack.
The gate is secured in the closed position with the sliding latch bolt. Choose from our recommended range of Squire Stronghold approved Secure By Design (SBD) padlocks. Note that for gates to be compliant with LPS 1175 standards, one of these padlocks must be fitted. The double gate comes with two drop bolts.
Installation
The PaliFence® gate is available in a dig-in or bolt-down format; you will need to assess your ground conditions before making your choice. The bolt-down option comes with four M16 x 125mm ground anchor bolts for each post. Post Mix (C20/25) is required for the dig-in post option and is available as an extra purchase. It is recommended that you use four bags per post and that you use either C20 or C25 post mix. This gate has a 50mm ground clearance.
