This 1200mm x 800mm Oxford Low Pro Cover is a pedestrian walk board which has been designed in a way which enables it to cover a trench and enable safe pedestrian passage. The Low Pro Trench Cover has an innovative Flexi-Edge system which greatly reduces any unwanted trip hazards for pedestrians. This Trench Cover is heavier than traditional covers due to this PVC edge and higher load rating; these flexible edges can be replaced if they get damaged.
This Trench Cover is designed to withstand heavy loads and is made to minimise any potential trip hazards. The central section is made from glass-reinforced composite and the undersides are designed from a flexible material which grips the surface, ensuring that it does not slide. The Oxford Low Pro Cover doesn’t need to be bolted down, but if site conditions are poor or if the risk assessment deems it necessary, it can be.
Supplied as standard in yellow, the Trench Cover has high visibility to ensure it can always be seen, which further reduces any trip hazards; therefore, this Trench Cover conforms to the National Grid Footway Board Specification T/SP/E/42. However, it can be personalised with company colours or logos to match your corporate identity or preferences.
