MUGAPlay® Rebound MUGA Mini Kit
Multi-Use Games Areas (MUGAs), also known as ball cages or sports courts, are versatile enclosures designed for a wide range of sports and leisure activities in one place. They are ideal for optimising limited space, making them perfect for urban areas or facilities with restricted outdoor space. By accommodating multiple sports in a single area, MUGAs eliminate the need for separate courts or pitches.
Equipped with court markings for various sports, MUGAs allow for seamless transitions between activities. They promote physical fitness, encourage social interaction, and serve as community hubs for group sports. Additionally, MUGAs offer safe, well-regulated environments, reducing injury risks associated with uneven surfaces.
Our MUGA fencing kit is the perfect solution for creating a safe, secure, and durable sports enclosure for a wide range of activities. Introducing the MUGAPlay® Mini Kit
First Fence offers a selection of MUGAs available as full kits. Select between the MUGAPlay® Mini, MUGAPlay® Secure 35, and MUGAPlay® Secure 38.
The MUGAPlay® Mini is the smallest of the MUGA range, measuring 24m x 12m, though it is still adequate for a full class and a wide range of sporting activities and is particularly useful for younger children's play. This MUGA kit does not come with gates, but two gaps opposite each other on the length of the MUGA, allowing very easy access and exit for users and enabling wheelchair access.
The MUGAPlay® Mini is constructed using 868 Rebound Fencing panels crafted from galvanised steel, renowned for their intrinsic durability and rebound characteristics. The Rebound Mesh features additional wires, creating a tightly woven mesh pattern capable of absorbing the impact from a forcefully struck ball. This design not only enhances its rebound properties but also facilitates the swift return of the ball into play.
The MUGAPlay® Mini Kit contains all the components required for your new multi-sport games court, including mesh panels, posts, fixings and attachments, and goal fixings and attachments. See O&M manual download for installation guidance.
This MUGA kit is in dig-in format and will require Post Mix to secure the posts into the ground for a sound and long-lasting installation. This can be added to your order. The kit comes with a standard green polyester powder coating. However, if you prefer, you can select from a variety of RAL colours to match an existing system or create a lively, vibrant appearance.
The mesh panels are fixed to the posts with a clamp bar system which gives a very secure, anti-tamper finish.
While MUGAs demand minimal maintenance, ensuring product longevity necessitates routine cleaning, inspection, and occasional repairs. Add a can of touch up spray paint to deal with any scuffs or scrapes to preserve the integrity of your MUGA.
