Medium 8-Wheeled Cantilever Gate Carriage
Cantilever carriages are designed in a way which enables them to mount on a concrete base and sit inside the track, similar to wheels. The track which is welded on to the bottom of your gate will then run along these wheels, supporting the weight of the gate, making cantilever carriages a heavy-duty solution for cantilever gate systems. This carriage unit is suitable for use with gates that have a weight of up to 600kg and a maximum clear opening of 8m.
Cantilever carriages are made from galvanised yellow zinc which gives them an extra layer of protection from the elements and reduces wear and tear from general use. This material is what makes our carriages so long lasting and durable with very little maintenance after they’ve been installed.
