Locking Collars For Rotating Spikes
Product Description
Locking Collars For Rotating Spikes
Our Locking Collars for Rotating Spikes have been designed so that they are able to hold the central shaft in place, which therefore prevents it from sliding out of the supports, this is critical for vertical installation. If the central shaft was to slide out of place, then the entire Rotating Spike anti-climb system may become lose and potentially fall which may damage the system or cause an injury.
Key Features of Rotating Spikes Straight Support
- Made in the UK
- Galvanised to EN ISO 1461
- Manufactured from Aluminium
- Easily installed to walls, fencing, gates and posts.
- High level security when equipped with rotating spikes
- Can withstand axial loads of up to 900 kg
Fabricated from Aluminium, our Locking Collars for Rotating Spikes are then galvanised to EN ISO 1461 in order for them to have extremely high levels of strength and resistance against elements such as weathering and corrosion. This means that the safety of the Locking Collars won’t be compromised from anything such as general wear and tear. They will be able to withstand and tolerate harsh weather conditions without being damaged, requiring very little to no maintenance after they have been installed.
Installation Guidance
Held securely into position by a hex key grub, the Locking Collars are able to hold a maximum axial load of 900kg when tightened to a torque of 39Nm. They are designed to be placed on the end of the central shaft to hold everything in place and prevent the spikes from falling off. Its an essential item when installing rotating spikes.
